Our lovingly run house is located on the outskirts of Kappl and is an ideal starting point for many activities in the Paznaun, Silvretta region and Tirol.
We offer 5 comfortably furnished apartments for 2 to 5 people.
Fully furnished with kitchen-living room or kitchenette (oven, coffee machine, kettle …), dishwasher (except type 1), dining area, flat-satellite TV, free WiFi, radio, telephone, safe, hairdryer, non-smoking rooms. An additional bed is possible in the apartments for 4 or 5 people.

Winter vacation in the Ischgl / Paznaun ski region
The family-friendly ski area of the Bergbahnen Kappl is only 1 km away from our house. The famous Silvretta Arena Ischgl / Samnaun, with 230 kilometers of slopes, is only about 10 minutes away by car.
But the ski areas in the neighboring communities of See and Galtür can also be reached quickly and easily by car or the free ski buses. The bus stop is only approx. 100 m from our house.
Summer vacation in Paznaun
In summer the Silvretta region of Paznaun Tirol offers many hiking trails, alpine pastures and huts. The lake and swimming pools in the area offer a refreshing dip. But our Alpine passes, with their unique mountain landscape, are also a popular destination.
